Healing in Harmony, From the Cosmos to Your Body

We are all a blend of impulses and conditioning—somatic, genetic, cosmic, and environmental—all of us finding ways to express ourselves in this life. As an AMFT (#156826) and Somatic Therapist, I integrate Somatic Therapy, Processwork, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, IFS, and a holistic Indigenous perspective through a decolonial lens. My work is about supporting you wherever you are on the healing spectrum and exploring your soul's way.

Rooted in my Indigenous background, I understand healing as harmony between mind, body, emotions, spirit, and environment. I view the land and our interconnectedness as vital elements of well-being, a perspective affirmed by both Indigenous cosmologies and current quantum physics research. By weaving ancestral wisdom with contemporary approaches, I offer a dynamic, trauma-informed, and inclusive path toward healing—one that honors the full expression of who you are.

Offerings

Individual Therapy

These 1:1 therapy sessions are designed to explore your goals in a client-centered approach. We will work at your pace, using various techniques and practices as needed. Currently, all therapy sessions are offered virtually.

Couples & Family Therapy

I support families in navigating conflict, strengthening communication, and rebuilding trust through a holistic and somatic lens. Grounded in systems thinking, play therapy, and trauma-informed care, my approach helps each member feel seen, supported, and understood. We’ll explore patterns, nurture connection, and create a more compassionate and resilient family environment where everyone can thrive.

Psychedelic Integration Circles

I offer community-based integrative circles that weave together talking circle tradition, guided inner journeys, and the healing practice of witnessing. These circles provide a safe, trauma-informed space to explore insights, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with personal and ancestral wisdom. Through collective reflection and embodied integration, participants are supported in making meaning of their experiences and carrying their learnings into daily life with clarity and intention.

Therapeutic Approach

Many of the people I work with come to therapy carrying the weight of everyday uncertainty and a longing for a deeper sense of self. They may be uncovering parts of themselves not yet fully conscious, moving through grief or anxiety, or navigating significant life transitions. Often, they are also seeking to integrate traumatic experiences and find that they want something more than traditional talk therapy.

Through somatic, earth-based, and trauma-informed practices, our work gently untangles layers of pain and disconnection. Rooted in Indigenous knowledge and supported by contemporary approaches, my therapeutic approach invites harmony between mind, body, spirit, and environment. It offers a path of reconnection to inner wisdom, resilience, and healing capacity. My hope is that, through this process, you find clarity, empowerment, and a deeper connection in everyday life.
