Couples & Family Therapy

Couples and family therapy support partners and families navigate conflict, life transitions, and intergenerational patterns with greater clarity. This work integrates somatic and trauma-informed approaches with relational frameworks, including elements of the Gottman Method, to strengthen connection and repair ruptures. Family therapy sessions address systemic dynamics, attachment patterns, and cultural contexts, creating space for healing and resilience across relationships.

Psychedelic Integration Circles

Psychedelic Integration Circles are community-based offerings that support the preparation and integration of psychedelic experiences through ritual, somatic grounding, and collective witnessing. Rooted in Indigenous wisdom, trauma-informed care, and embodied practices, these circles honor psychedelic experiences as consciousness-expanding and relational. The focus is on meaning-making, nervous system regulation, and integrating insights into everyday life, relationships, and community.
