Frequently Asked Questions

Sessions are 50 minutes and typically begin on a weekly basis to support consistency, accountability, and momentum in your healing. As our work deepens and you begin to feel more grounded and resourced, we can adjust the frequency to reflect your needs. Some people continue weekly, while others shift to biweekly or less often—together, we’ll find the rhythm that best supports your growth.
-
The length of therapy varies for everyone, depending on your needs, goals, and the depth you want to explore. Some people find what they’re looking for in just a few sessions, while others choose to continue for several months or even years as they integrate deeper shifts. Together, we’ll check in regularly and decide on a pace and timeline that feels supportive, sustainable, and aligned with your healing process.

Under federal law, you have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost for your care if you are not using insurance. This estimate includes the total expected cost for services, tests, prescriptions, or related fees.
You can request this estimate at the time of scheduling or anytime before your session. It will be provided in writing at least one business day before your service. If your final bill ends up being $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to dispute it. There is a $25 fee to file a dispute, and if your dispute is approved, you will only be responsible for the amount on the original Good Faith Estimate.
